Personal Mission Statement:

To inspire others to see their God-given potential and to instruct them according to God’s word on how to reach that potential. To try each day to lead in a way that attracts others to Jesus.

Tim's greatest place of leadership is his home where he has a wonderful wife and four fabulous children. His journey of faith began early, but his calling to the ministry did not come until he was preparing for the business world in college. At that time God called Tim to lead His church.

Church isn't just about what happens inside the walls, but can function at its best outside the walls. It's difficult getting someone new to come to church, but when we as the church meet them where they are, it's a much more natural transition.

Stacy has been the club coordinator for Pioneer Clubs at Hillcrest Baptist Church since the program began in January of 2003. In 2021, Pioneer Clubs ended as Adventure Time developed on Sunday mornings and follows a similar teaching style. She counts it a joy and privilege to work with the many children and families who participate in this exciting weekly program. As club coordinator Stacy oversees a fantastic team of teachers and volunteers. 

She has been a member of Hillcrest since 1996 and loves serving with her wonderful church family. Her passion is for children to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in a fun and engaging way.  

Stacy is married to a wonderful man, Tim Lee, and has four terrific children, Max, Braden, Josh and Lydia. She especially enjoys any time spent with her family. She likes to play volleyball, watch movies with her kids, play in her backyard, travel, cook and date nights with her husband.

Erica is responsible for some of the church's finances, financial reporting, communications and writing the Weekly and Newsletter, as well as updating the website. She is married to a wonderful man, Jeff, who plays guitar in the worship band and has two amazing children together, Allison and Evan. Erica became a member of Hillcrest in 2009 and loves using her skills in the Office Manager position to help the church reach out to the local community.
